XX COX D'AZUR MEETING MENTON [FR]

Dopo 2 giorni passati nel box a controllare il Maggiolino, finalmente si parte alla volta di Mentone. Quest'anno è una vera sfida personale.


After 2 days spent in the garage to check my Beetle finally we can start our trip to Mentone.





Causa impegni vari la partenza, il venerdì 14, del gruppo è scaglionata. Bullitt ed io alle 8, Carlo31 e Vintage Racer alle 10, Luke nel primo pomeriggio al battesimo del suo nuovo PAInel ed Emiliano a notte fonda.

Due to various commitments departure, Friday 14th, the group is staggered.Vintage Racer at 10 am, Luke,at the baptism of his new painel, in the first afternoon and Emiliano during the night.



Sistemato l'accampamento, 2 giorni di full immersion VW intervallati da tuffi ristoratori e docce scozzesi. Affluenza di altri tempi, un caldo torrido e tante belle VW.

Premiazioni di rito e Miss wet t-shirt hanno chiuso l'evento in maniera adeguata e come solito l'ottima organizzazione di Eric ha fatto si che tutto si svolgesse nel migliore dei modi. Presenti anche alcuni ricambisti nell'area show & shine.

Show & shine and Miss wet t-shirt have closed the event in an appropriate manner and as usual the excellent organization of Eric has done it all took place in the best possible way. In the Show & shine area there were some spare parts sellers.


Il viaggio di rientro, lunedì 17, questa volta tutti insieme.
I mezzi si sono comportati egregiamente, 700 km senza manifestare nessun problema e per Minnie era la prima uscita degna di essere definita fuori porta.
